The Silver Package $500-$600 1 initial consultation 1 final consultation Unlimited Email and Phone(local calls only) contact 1 Tailored Affairs wedding specialist at your wedding Ceremony Rehearsal coordination and directing Wedding day coordination, and directing of wedding & reception Wake Up Calls to wedding party Day-of Itinerary for all involved including vendors The Gold Package $800-$1000 1 initial consultation 1 half way point consultation 1 final consultation Unlimited Email and Phone(local calls only) contact 2 Tailored Affairs wedding specialist at your wedding Vendor Recommendations (We recommend the best vendors to fit your needs and it is up to you to contact them and meet with them) Ceremony Rehearsal coordination and directing Rehearsal Dinner coordination and directing Wedding day coordination, and directing of wedding & reception Wake Up Calls to wedding party Day-of Itinerary for all involved including vendors Digital Pictures taken during the Rehearsal, Wedding, & Reception emailed to you the next day No other events scheduled 2 days before your day The Royal Package $2,000 Unlimited Consultations for ideas and planning Unlimited Email and Phone(local calls only) contact Tailored Affairs Vendor Services (We will recommend vendors, set up meetings with vendors, and drive you from our office to the meetings. We will also coordinate with your vendors over wedding planning period) Attend Shopping trips to help pick out items for decor, etc.. Budget Planning Out of Town Guest Services 2-3 Tailored Affairs wedding specialist at your wedding Ceremony Rehearsal coordination and directing Rehearsal Dinner coordination and directing Wedding day coordination, and directing of wedding & reception Cleanup after reception Wake Up Calls to wedding party Day-of Itinerary for all involved including vendors Digital Pictures taken during the Rehearsal, Wedding, & Reception emailed to you the next day Decorating Free use of Props (Candelabras, votives, centerpieces, lanterns, etc...) No other events scheduled 5 days before or 1 day after your day Plus many extras... When the contracts are signed we do require a non-refundable deposit of $150 for the Silver and Gold Packages. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for the Royal Package. No refunds of monies paid are given if the event is cancelled. We accept cash and check. Credit Cards are accepted but a separate fee for processing may apply. Several payment plans are available! |
