Tailored Affairs will make sure that not only your day is special, but that all of your guests feel that same emotion.
We are there for your wedding from conception to completion! We will plan, organize, and coordinate your ceremony to tailor your

So what makes a Tailored Affairs Couple special?
Well, other than the fact that we are here to cater to your every dream, we also offer other special perks.
Budget - We will keep an excel spreadsheet for you with all of the wedding expenses and payments so that each week or month (your
choice) you can see where you stand on what you have paid and what you still owe! This is only included with The Royal Package.
Hand Delivered Invitations - That's right, HAND DELIVERED!!! Imagine the way your guests will feel when they receive a hand
delivered invitation to your wedding! We can go in a tuxedo, or a costume to your guests homes or work to deliver. This service is
only available for local guests. Depending on number desired and location of deliveries a fee may be assessed. This is only included
with The Royal Package but can be added to another package.
Wake-Up Calls - On the day of your ceremony we will call everyone in your wedding party to make sure they are all up and all ready
for the day.
Itinerary - The day of a ceremony can be hectic and confusing for some. Tailored Affairs will make sure that is not the case with your
ceremony day. We will make itineraries for everyone in the wedding party, the ceremony participants, and all of the vendors so that
everyone knows what is going on and everyone is in sync.
Assistants - Tailored Affairs will provide an assistant in addition to your wedding planner for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
to ensure everyone and everything is taken care of. We will have all the bases covered from start to finish!
Research - Looking for that special something? Be it a special cake topper to a special gift, or just anything hard to find, we will do
as much research to find just what you are looking for. If you are having a themed ceremony or a different ceremony we will find
special traditions and special ideas to make your ceremony perfect!
Creative Ideas - Each couple will receive creative tips and ideas to help make their ceremony unique.
Costumes - If you are having a renaissance themed wedding we have a limited # of costumes available for rent.
Props - We now have a small selection of props including; 2 6 foot tall black swirl 15 candle candelabras, 25 candle lanterns (used as
centerpieces, walk way lights on shepherd's hooks, or both), 40 ivy and white rose candle arrangements, a cake table white canopy,
36 white paper round lanterns, 2 cake table candelabras, and a few other odds and ends. Rental fees for props depend on which
level of service is chosen.
Digital Pictures - We will take pictures during your Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, and Reception and email you the
pictures the next day. You will also receive the pictures on a CD. This service is offered only on The Gold Package and The Royal

Service Member Discount - There is a 10% discount off of your total fee if either the bride or groom is currently active in the Armed
Forces!! It is just a small way we say THANK YOU for what you do!+
